The Engaged Father Project April 2026 Cohort

Lead at Home With the Same Intention You Lead Your Career

You live it at work and in other areas of your life. But at home, it doesn't always translate. There are moments where you fall short of your own standard. That distance is the gap.

Because you've never clearly set a target for the dad you want to be, and you let the stress of being a provider bleed over into your precious time with your kids.

And when stress from work and life shows up in moments with your kids, they don't get the father they want and need most.

Early enrollment incentives expire March 23. If you know this matters, act now. Join the waiting list. I'll reach out within 48 hours to schedule your call.

The Gap

The gap shows up in real life.

It's not that you don't care. It's that your home is the one place you let yourself exhale, and the stress doesn't always stay at work.

And when it leaks into family time, the moments you care about most start to feel rushed, tense, or distracted.

Not because you're a bad dad. Because you're under stress.

What Your Kids Feel

They feel when you're there, but not fully there.

Under Stress

  • You're carrying work longer than you realize.
  • You're reacting in ways that don't match who you are.
  • You can feel the benefit of being more patient, but you keep getting pulled off center.

A turning point

Ownership and Hope

The gap is not permanent. It exists because you haven't defined the target.

Once you do, everything changes.

You don't need more motivation. You need a clear standard, and a way to live it out.

The Transformation

What changes in 8 weeks

1

Clarity

Define the father you choose to be. No vague hopes — a clear, specific standard you can measure yourself against every single day.

2

Regulation

Respond instead of react. Build the emotional control to stay grounded when pressure hits, so your kids get presence — not tension.

3

Legacy

Build habits your kids will remember decades from now. Not grand gestures — consistent, intentional moments that compound over a lifetime.

The Window

Time is real.

75% of in-person time with your kids is gone by age 12.

That number jumps to 90% by age 18.

These years are finite, and the window closes whether you act or not.

About Me

I coach fathers who want to show up with more presence and intention at home. I spent years chasing success in my career while telling myself that “someday” I’d have more time for the moments that mattered. Then I realized something: someday never shows up. Our kids grow up in real time.

Today, I help dads get clear on who they want to be, understand what’s getting in the way, and take simple steps that create meaningful connection with their kids. Not someday. Today.

I’m a certified coach and the founder of The Engaged Father Project. But more importantly, I’m a dad who decided to live these principles first.
